How to make a return :

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, label the package and send it to our return address.
Once the item is received, we will notify you of the status of your return after inspection.
If the item meets our conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return conditions :

The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Be returned complete (including any accessories or promotional gifts included in the purchase).

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and notify you of the decision regarding your refund.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

Important Notes :

Initial shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.
